Disclosed are alkyd resin emulsions for coating varnishes, containing a water- insoluble alkyd resin A and a water-soluble alkyd resin B that is used as an emulsifying resin and represents an esterification product of an alkyd resin Ba which can be homogeneously mixed with the alkyd resin A at a weight ratio (Ba to A) ranging between 2:98 and 50:50, alkyd resin A being the resin that is to be emulsified, and an adduct Bb of a C1-C4 alkoxy polyethylene glycol Bba and a cycloaliphatic dicarboxylic acid anhydride Bbb at a mole ratio (Bba to Bbb) ranging between 0.95:1.05 mol/mol and 1.05:0.95 mol/mol. Also disclosed is a method for the production thereof, the use thereof for coating substrates selected among textiles, mineral materials, metals, and wood.
L'invention concerne des émulsions de résines alkydes pour des vernis de finition, qui contiennent une résine alkyde A non soluble dans l'eau et une résine alkyde B soluble dans l'eau, utilisée comme résine d'émulsionnement. La résine B est produite par estérification d'une résine alkyde Ba, qui est miscible de manière homogène avec la résine alkyde A à émulsionner au moins dans une plage de rapport de masse de Ba à A comprise entre 2: 98 et 50: 50, et d'un adduit Bb obtenu à partir d'un alcoxypolyéthylèneglycol C¿1?-C¿4? Bba et d'un anhydride d'acide dicarboxylique cycloaliphatique Bbb dans un rapport molaire de Bba à Bbb compris entre 0,95: 1,05 mole/mole et 1,05: 0,95 mole/mole.
