The present invention provides novel alkyl phospholipid derivatives with reduced cytotoxicity that are useful for treating various diseases and/or pathophysiological conditions in mammals, preferably humans, that are caused by microorganisms, in particular bacteria, fungi, protozoa and/or viruses. Such alkyl phospholipids can be employed as single drugs or in the course of combination therapies and can also be used for the treatment of tumors.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés d'alkylphospholipide ayant une cytotoxicité réduite qui sont utiles pour traiter différentes maladies et/ou états pathophysiologiques chez des mammifères, de préférence des humains, qui sont causés par des micro-organismes, en particulier des bactéries, des champignons, des protozoaires et/ou des virus. De tels alkylphospholipides peuvent être utilisés en tant que médicaments uniques ou dans le cadre de polythérapies et peuvent également être utilisés pour le traitement de tumeurs.
