A process for the synthesis of polyurethanes is disclosed wherein the process comprises reacting polyurethane-forming reactants in the presence of an effective amount of a catalyst comprising at least one alkylamino oxamide of the structure: formula (I), wherein: R1 and R2 are independently selected alkyl groups or can be taken together to form a five or six-membered heterocyclic ring; R3 and R4 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl; n is 2 or 3; x is 0 or 1; Y is selected from the group consisting of O and NR9, wherein: R9 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl; and X is selected from the group consisting of OR10 and G, wherein: R10 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl; and G is formula (II), wherein R5 and R6 are independently selected alkyl groups or can be taken together to form a five or six-membered heterocyclic ring; R7 and R8 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl; n is 2 or 3; x is 0 or 1; and Y' is selected from the group consisting of O and NR11, wherein R11 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant la synthèse de polyuréthannes. Ce procédé consiste à faire réagir les réactifs générateurs de polyuréthanne en présence d'une dose efficace d'un catalyseur comprenant au moins un alkylamino-oxamide présentant la structure définie dans la formule (I), dans laquelle R¿1? et R¿2? représentent des groupes alkyle sélectionnés indépendamment ou peuvent former ensemble un noyau hétérocyclique à cinq ou six éléments, R¿3?, et R¿4? sont sélectionnés indépendamment dans le groupe constitué par l'hydrogène et l'alkyle, n représente 2 ou 3, x représente 0 ou 1, Y est sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant 0 et NR¿9?, R¿9? étant sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par l'hydrogène et l'alkyle, et X est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par OR¿10? et G, R¿10? étant sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par l'hydrogène et l'alkyle, et G étant représenté par la formule (II), dans laquelle R¿5? et R¿6? représentent des groupes alkyle sélectionnés indépendamment, ou peuvent former ensemble un noyau hétérocyclique comprenant cinq ou six éléments, R¿7? et R¿8? sont sélectionnés indépendamment dans le groupe constitué par l'hydrogène et alkyle, n représente 2 ou 3, x représente 0 ou 1, et Y' est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par O et NR¿11?, R¿11 ?étant sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par l'hydrogène et l'alkyle.
