The present invention relates to new salts of omeprazole and esomeprazole respectively, i.e. salts of 5-methoxy-2-[[(4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl)- methyl]sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole and the (S)-enantiomer thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to alkylammoniumsalt of the compounds, formed by a reaction of omeprazole and esomeprazole respectively and an alkylamine with formula NR1#191R2#191R3#191 wherein R1#191 is a linear, branched or cyclic C1#191-C12#191 -alkyl group, R2#191 and R3#191 are hydrogen. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing crystalline salts, a pharmaceutical preparation and a method for treatment of gastric related disorders by administering the compound of the invention.

L'invention concerne des nouveaux sels respectivement d'oméprazole et d'ésoméprazole, c'est-à-dire des sels de 5-méthoxy-2-[[(4-méthoxy-3,5-diméthyl-2-pyridinyl)-méthyl]sulfinyl]-1<I>H</I>-benzimidazole et leur (S)-énantiomère. L'invention porte plus précisément sur un sel d'alkylammonium des composés, formés par la mise en réaction respectivement d'oméprazole et d'ésoméprazole et d'une alkylamine de formule NR¿1?R¿2?R¿3? dans laquelle R¿1? représente un groupe alkyle C¿1? C¿12 ?linéaire, ramifié ou cyclique, et R¿2? et R¿3? représentent hydrogène. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de préparation de sels cristallins, à une formule pharmaceutique et à une méthode de traitement de troubles d'origine gastrique par l'administration du composé de l'invention.
