-28- "ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE" ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This vehicle consists of a prime mover unit with at least one cargo section towed behind the prime mover with an articulated connection therebetween and having a hydrauli- cally controlled steering for the cargo unit which steers the cargo unit and hence the prime mover. A full width single or a double track drive can be provided driven hydraulically from a source of power such as a gasoline engine, situated prefer- ably in the prime mover. One embodiment includes upper idler wheels and lower track support wheels which may, if desired, be driven. A further embodiment includes a slide mount on each side of the vehicle over which the lower run of the track or tracks may move and be supported. This slide mount is mounted on the underside of an inflatable rubber suspension mount depending from the frame. Bogie wheels can be mounted to the slide mount if desired and used to mount the track rather than the lower track support wheels. Alternatively, the bogie wheels mounted to the slide mount can support the track. The inflatable suspension mounts can be used as floatation bags or additional three compartment inflatable floatation bags can be provided along each side of the body and may hinged outwardly and downwardly when required in order to floatably support the vehicle.
