The invention relates to the area of ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to practice of producing an alloy for reducing, doping and modifying steel. The achieved technical result is improvement in quality of steel treated with claimed alloy due to deep reduction and modification of nonmetallic inclusions and simultaneous microdoping of steel with barium, titanium and vanadium. According to the invention specification, barium, titanium and vanadium are added into the inventive alloy, which contains aluminium, silicium, calcium, carbon and iron, at the following ratio of components, in mass %: Silicium 45,0-63,0 Aluminum 10,0-25,0 Calcium 1,0-10,0 Barium 1,0-10,0 Vanadium 0,3-5,0 Titanium 1,0-10,0 Carbon 0,1-1,0 Iron remaining balance.
L'invention concerne la métallurgie ferreuse et notamment des processus de création d'un alliage destiné à la réduction, au dopage et à la modification d'acier. L'invention permet d'augmenter la qualité de l'acier traité avec l'alliage faisant l'objet de l'invention, grâce à la réduction profonde, la modification des inclusions non métalliques et au microdopage de l'acier avec du baryum, du titane et du vanadium. Selon l'invention, on ajoute à un alliage contenant de l'aluminium, du silicium, du calcium, du carbone et du fer, les composants suivante, dans des quantités mesurées en % en masse : 45,0-63,0 de silicium, 10,0-25,0 d'aluminium, 1,0-10,0 de calcium, 1,0-10,0 baryum, 0,3-0,5 de vanadium, 1,0-10,0 de titane, 0,1-1,0 de carbone, le reste étant du fer.
