Disclosed is an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet which has a chemical composition consisting of 0.05-0.25 wt% of C, not more than 0.5 wt% of Si, 1-3 wt% of Mn, not more than 0.1 wt% of P, not more than 0.01 wt% of S, 0.1-2 wt% of Al, less than 0.005 wt% of N, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, while satisfying Si + Al >= 0.6 wt%, (0.0006 ~ Al) wt% <= N <= (0.0058 - 0.0026 ~ Al) wt%, and Al <= (1.25 ~ C0.5 - 0.57 ~ Si + 0.625 ~ Mn) wt%. Since this alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet can be produced without requiring a complicated process and has excellent surface properties, excellent brittle resistance to secondary processing and high strength, it is suitably used for automobiles.
L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier allié galvanisé à chaud laquelle a une composition chimique comprenant 0,05-0,25 % en poids de C, pas plus de 0,5 % en poids de Si, 1-3 % en poids de Mn, pas plus de 0,1 % en poids de P, pas plus de 0,01 % en poids de S, 0,1-2 % en poids d'Al, moins de 0,005 % en poids de N et le reste étant Fe et des impuretés inévitables, tout en satisfaisant aux relations Si + Al >= 0,6 % en poids, (0,0006 × Al) % en poids <= N <= (0,0058 - 0,0026 × Al) % en poids et Al <= (1,25 × C0,5 - 0,57 × Si + 0,625 × Mn) % en poids. Dans la mesure où cette tôle d'acier allié galvanisé à chaud peut être produite sans avoir recours à un procédé compliqué et où elle a d'excellentes propriétés de surface, une excellente résistance à la rupture fragile lors d'un traitement secondaire et une résistance élevée, elle convient pour être utilisée pour des automobiles.
