A process for producing a 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-.beta.-D-arabinonucleoside represented by the formula (II): (wherein B represents a base), characterized by causing nucleoside phosphorylase to act on either .alpha.-1-phosphorylated- 2-deoxy-2-fluoroarabinoside, which is represented by the formula (I): or a mixture of the .alpha.- and .beta.-isomers of 1-phosphorylated-2-deoxy-2- fluoroarabinoside, which are represented by the formula (V'): and on a base. Thus, the target compound, in particular, 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-.beta.-D- arabinopurine nucleoside, can be easily and highly stereoselectively produced in a high yield.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un 2'-désoxy-2'-fluoro-.beta.-D-arabinonucléoside de formule (II). Dans cette formule, B désigne une base, caractérisée en ce qu'elle fait agir une nucléoside phosphorylase soit sur un .alpha.-1-phosphorylé-2-désoxy-2-fluoroarabinoside de formule (I), ou sur un mélange d'isomères .alpha. et d'isomères .beta. de 1-phosphorylé-2-désoxy-2-fluoroarabinoside de formule (V'), et sur une base. Ainsi le composé cible, en particulier, le 2'-désoxy-2'-fluoro-.beta.-D-arabinopurine nucléoside, peut être produit facilement et hautement stéréosélectivement, à haut rendement.
