ABSTRACT This application discloses novel compounds of the formula: Image in which R is s-butyl and R1 is n-propyl, isopropyl, s-butyl or t-butyl; or R is t-butyl and R1 is isopropyl or n-butyl; or R is t-pentyl and R1 is propyl or isopropyl; and R2 is ethyl. The compounds have excellent residual activity when soil incorporated for control of soil borne in- insects and nematodes.
