The invention relates to novel derivatives having general formula (I), wherein R¿1 ?represents an amino or hydroxyl group, R¿2? represents hydrogen or a methyl radical, R¿3? represents hydrogen or a fluorine atom and A represents: group a, formula (II), wherein n represents an integer from 5 to 11, inclusive, R¿4?, R¿5?, which can be identical or different, represent independently of one another hydrogen or a fluorine atom; group b, formula (III), wherein n, R¿4?, R¿5? have the same meaning as above. The invention also relates to the pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one of the aforementioned compounds by way of an active principle and to the use of said derivatives for the production of medicaments which are intended for the treatment of hypercholesterolaemia or atherosclerosis.
L~invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de formule générale (I) dans laquelle: -.R1 représente un groupement hydroxyle ou amino -R2 représente l~hydrogène ou un radical méthyle - R3 représente l~hydrogène ou un atome de fluor - A représente un groupement (II) dans lequel : -n représente un nombre entier de 5 à 11 bornes incluses -R4, R5 identiques ou différents représentent indépendamment l~un ou l~autre l~hydrogène ou un atome de fluor (III) dans lequel n, R4, R5 ont la même signification que précédemment. Elle concerne également les compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant à titre de principe actif au moins un de ces composés, ainsi que l~utilisation de ces dérivés pour la fabrication de médicaments destinés au traitement de l~hypercholestérolémie ou de l~athérosclérose.
