This invention relates to novel substituted piperidine derivatives. More particularly, this invention relates to substituted phenyl 4-substituted- piperidinoalkanol derivatives of formula (I) wherein R1 is -CH3, -CH2OH, -COOH or -COO-(C1-6)alkyl; and A is hydrogen or hydroxy; the stereoisomers, enantiomers, racemic mixtures thereof or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; which are useful as anti-histamines, anti-allergy agents and bronchodilators.
Cette invention, qui porte sur de nouveaux dérivés de pipéridine substitués, a plus particulièrement trait à des dérivés à substitutions phényle et pipéridinoalcanol-4 de la formule (I) dans laquelle R¿1? représente -CH¿3?, CH¿2?OH, -COOH ou -COO-(en C¿1? - C¿6?) alkyle et où A signifie hydrogène ou hydroxy. L'invention porte également sur des stéréoisomères, des énantiomères et des mélanges racémiques de ces dérivés ainsi que sur leurs sels, acceptables du point de vue pharmaceutique, efficaces comme antihistaminiques, antiallergiques et dilatateurs bronchiques.
