The needle loom comprises a support (1) and a stripper (2) defining the travel path for a sheet of fibres (3). A needle board (7) supported by sliding rods (11) effects a to-and-fro movement between the position of maximum penetration shown and a position of withdrawal, by means of two excentric rod devices each comprising a rod (19) articulated to the sliding rod (11). Each pair of rods is articulated to a crankshaft (23) supported by bearings (34) and fitted with balancing mechanisms. The bearings are supported by partitions (39) axially positioned between the excentrics (22) and the balancing mechanisms (27). The crankshaft (23) comes out of the case through simple shaft seals (36). Used to render the case more rigid and reduce the deformations allowed the crankshaft, in order to increase the punch rate.

L'aiguilleteuse comprend un support (1) et un débourreur (2) définissant un trajet pour une nappe de fibres (3). Une planche à aiguilles (7) supportée par des tiges coulissantes (11) effectue un mouvement de va-et-vient entre la position de pénétration maximale représentée et une position de retrait, au moyen de deux dispositifs bielle-excentrique comprenant chacun une bielle (19) articulée à la tige coulissante (11). Chaque paire de bielles est articulée à un vilebrequin (23) supporté par des paliers (34) et portant des moyens d'équilibrage (27). Les paliers sont supportés par des cloisons (39) en position située axialement entre les excentriques (22) et les moyens d'équilibrage (27). Le vilebrequin (23) sort du carter à travers de simples garnitures d'étanchéité (36). Utilisation pour rigidifier le carter et réduire les déformations permises au vilebrequin, en vue d'augmenter la cadence de frappe.
