ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A weight for a toy helium filled floating balloon which is easily and economically manufactured due to the use of straightline cuts only. The weight is in the form of a large number of precut tabs arranged in rows and columns to create four sides to the weight. Removal of tabs from one side permits control of the angle at which the balloon will float. Removal of tabs from opposing sides will control the height the balloon floats above the floor.
