The invention relates to an aluminium alloy brazing material which is substantially lithium-free and calcium-free, and having the composition, in weight percent: Si 5.0 to 14.0; Fe 0.1 to 0.7; Mn 0.2 to 1.5; Mg max. 2.0; Zn max 1.0; optionally a wetting agent as alloying element up to 1%, and balance Al and inevitable impurities.

L~invention concerne un matériau pour brasage à base d~alliage d~aluminium, ledit matériau étant sensiblement dépourvu de lithium et de calcium et ayant la composition suivante en pourcentage massique : de 5,0 à 14,0 de Si ; de 0,1 à 0,7 de Fe ; de 0,2 à 1,5 de Mn ; 2,0 au plus de Mg ; 1,0 au plus de Zn ; éventuellement 1 % au plus d~un agent mouillant en tant qu~élément d~addition, le reste étant constitué d~aluminium et des impuretés inévitables.
