The present invention relates to an aluminium chassis (100) having heat insulating foam (120) filled in an opening portion (100a), its process and apparatus. There is provided a method for forming heat insulating foam (120) in the opening portion (100a) of the aluminium chassis (100) comprising: applying adhesives to the opening portion (100a) while the aluminium chassis (100) is moved at a regular speed by an ordinary control unit; closing partially an upper part of an opening portion (100a) of the aluminium chassis (100) applied with the adhesives; filling preliminary granular foam (110) into the opening portion (100a); supplying dry vapor directly to the preliminary granular foam (110); heating indirectly the aluminium chassis (100) while it is transferred; discharging the aluminium chassis (100); and cooling the aluminium chassis (100). According to the present invention, the heat insulating foam (120) is filled in the opening portion (100a) in accordance with the present invention, whereby enhancing soundproof capability and heat insulating capability. Furthermore, productivity and working efficiency is enlarged as the process for forming the heat insulating foam (120) is carried out successively.
La présente invention concerne un châssis en aluminium doté de mousse thermo-isolante remplissant une partie ouverte, son procédé et son appareil. L'invention a trait à un procédé de formage de mousse thermo-isolante dans la partie ouverte du châssis en aluminium consistant à appliquer des adhésifs dans la partie ouverte alors que le châssis en aluminium est déplacé à vitesse régulière par une unité de commande classique, à fermer partiellement une partie supérieure d'une partie ouverte du châssis en aluminium sur laquelle sont appliqués les adhésifs, à remplir de mousse granulaire préliminaire la partie ouverte, à appliquer une vapeur sèche directement sur la mousse granulaire préliminaire, à chauffer indirectement le châssis en aluminium pendant son transfert, à décharger le châssis en aluminium et à le refroidir. Selon la présente invention, la mousse thermo-isolante remplit la partie ouverte selon la présente invention, de manière à améliorer les caractéristiques d'insonorisation et d'isolation thermique. En outre, on augmente la productivité et l'efficacité du travail lorsque l'on exécute successivement le procédé de formage de la mousse thermo-isolante.
