L'invention concerne un procédé de granulation du chlorure d'aluminium, ainsi que les granulés obtenus qui ont essentiellement la forme d'un cône et peuvent ainsi être aisément collecter par gravité, sans intervention manuelle ni dispositif mécanique. Ce procédé consiste à condenser du chlorure d'aluminium pris dans une phase gazeuse sur une paroi inférieure à 70°C puis à réchauffer cette paroi pour détacher les granulés.
