An aluminium frame bar is hollow and formed of a plurality of side walls, with at least one of the side walls being a straight side wall which is provided in one wall surface thereof with a plurality of ribs parallel to one another and extending along the longitudinal direction of the straight side wall. The ribs are arranged at an interval and intended to increase the fastening area between the straight side wall and one or more screws to be fastened onto the straight side wall.
