Fabrication of fireproof granulated materials designed for the use as propping agents during oil and gas production by the way of hydraulic fracturing of the shelf. The inventions reduce the price of granules, simplify their manufacturing technique, achieve stability of product properties. Kaolin containing Al2O3, within the range of 40-45 wt. % and not more than 5% of free quartz, and bauxite with the content of Al2O3 with not less than 60 wt. % of Al2O3 is used. Preliminary roasting of kaolin is implemented at 1400-1500 °C to a water absorption not more than 5%, preliminary roasting of bauxite is implemented at over 1100°C. Roasting of dried granules is implemented at 1500-1700 °C; the following ingredients ratio is chosen, wt.%: roasted kaolin - 33-67; roasted bauxite - the rest, and the amount of Al2O3 in the mixture is not less 50%.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de granules sphériques réfractaires de haute résistance consistant à préfritter séparément du kaolin et de la bauxite dans un four rotatif, à moudre finement ces composants ensemble afin de produire une charge, puis à granuler, à faire sécher et à cribler cette charge, à fritter les granules dans le four rotatif puis à cribler les granules frittées. La charge servant à produire les granules sphériques réfractaires de haute résistance renferme un produit issu de la mouture simultanée de kaolin et de bauxite préfrittés. Le kaolin fritté est obtenu par frittage de kaolin à une température comprise entre 1400 et 1500 DEG C, l'absorption d'eau ne devant pas dépasser 5 % du kaolin, lequel renferme entre 40 et 45 % en masse de Al2O3 et pas plus de 5 % en masse de quartz libre. La bauxite frittée est obtenue par frittage de bauxite, laquelle renferme au moins 60 % en masse de Al2O3. Le rapport Al2O3:SiO2 de la charge est égal à 1:1 lorsque la proportion des composants de la charge est la suivante: entre 33 et 67 % en masse de kaolin fritté, le reste étant composé de bauxite frittée.
