An integral cylinder liner and pump housing formed of a die cast aluminum workpiece of the type having a surface hardness extending a minimum depth into the workpiece, the housing further including an integral pressure vessel and pressure control valve housing and fluid return path. The workpiece surface is only finish machined so that a portion of the hard surface remains and is available as a hard working surface.
Cette invention concerne un corps de pompe à chemise de cylindre intégrée, réalisé à partir d'une pièce moulée en aluminium dont la dureté superficielle s'étend à certaine profondeur, le corps comprenant en outre une enceinte sous pression intégrée, un corps de soupape de détente et un passage de retour de fluide. La surface de la pièce fait l'objet d'un usinage de finition qui préserve une partie de la couche superficielle durcie pouvant ainsi servir de surface active.
