An extrusion includes a body and at least one screw lug integrally formed with the body. The at least one screw lug has a lug body defining a passage surrounded at least partially by a fastener-engaging inner wall. The fastener- engaging inner wall includes relief therein. In a preferred embodiment, the relief is in the form of a plurality of longitudinally extending cutouts formed in the fastener- engaging inner wall.
