The present invention relates to an aluminum foil cutting desire without steel blade,and particularly to a safe anti convenient cutting device without steel blade, including a sliding sheet to compress aluminum foil for breaking through along its length, and it comprises a sliding sheet with an are compression edge mounted in a push seat including at least a pair of sliding compression wheels to match said push seat for mounted in the sliding rail of a main case, i.e. a cradle and chucking sheet extending from the maim base directly corresponding to the positioning of an aluminum foil packing box, and aluminum foil as pulled out at desired length to be placed on the end of sliding rail, and sliding of push seat and compression of aluminum foil with the compression edge of sliding sheet to break through elongation limit of aluminum foil so as to cut it off thereof.
