Aluminum oxide is blended with lesser amounts of additional metal oxides, a liquid carrier, a binder, and processing additives to form a material useful for molding complex parts at relatively low pressure in a conventional injection molding machine.

Cette invention concerne une masse à mouler qui est obtenue en mélangeant de l'oxyde d'aluminium à des quantités moindres d'oxydes de métaux complémentaires, à un excipient liquide, à un agent de liaison ainsi qu'à des additifs de traitement. On obtient ainsi un matériau qui peut être utilisé pour mouler des pièces complexes et à une pression relativement basse dans une machine de moulage par injection traditionnelle.
