A method for pre-compensating an analog signal in a composite digital audio broadcasting signal including the analog signal and a plurality of digitally modulated sub-carrier signals, the method comprising the steps of sampling (62) the analog signal to obtain successive blocks of samples, demodulating (64) each of the blocks of samples to obtain a plurality of demodulator outputs, remodulating (68) the demodulator outputs that correspond to the predetermined ones of the digitally modulated sub-carrier signals to produce an error signal, subtracting the error signal from the one of the blocks of samples to produce a pre-compensated block of samples, and combining the pre- compensated block of samples with a plurality of OFDM pulses to produce a compensated composite signal. An apparatus for performing the method is also included.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de précompensation d'un signal analogique dans un signal de radiodiffusion numérique composite comprenant le signal analogique et une pluralité de signaux de sous-porteuses à modulation numérique, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à échantillonner (62) le signal analogique pour obtenir des blocs d'échantillons successifs ; à démoduler (64) chacun des blocs d'échantillons pour obtenir une pluralité de sorties de démodulateur ; à remoduler (68) les sorties de démodulateur correspondant aux signaux prédéterminés de sous-porteuses à modulation numérique pour produire un signal d'erreur ; à soustraire le signal d'erreur d'un des blocs d'échantillons pour produire un bloc d'échantillons précompensé ; et à combiner le bloc d'échantillons précompensé avec une pluralité d'impulsions MROF pour produire un signal composite compensé. Cette invention concerne également un appareil permettant d'appliquer le procédé ci-décrit.
