A method for processing DNA polymerase and/or dNTPs for use in an amplification procedure, includes providing a solution mixture, the solution mixture including a DNA polymerase and/or dNTPs, a buffer solution and at least one stabilizing agent and hydration reducing the solution mixture. The solution mixture is hydration reduced at a temperature between 0ºC and about 100ºC.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour traiter une ADN polymérase et/ou des dNTP pour une utilisation dans une procédure d'amplification comportant la fourniture d'un mélange de solution, le mélange de solution dont une ADN polymérase et/ou des dNTP, une solution tampon et au moins un agent stabilisant ainsi que la réduction par hydratation du mélange de solution. Le mélange de solution est réduit par hydratation à une température entre 0°C et environ 100°C.
