Amide and urea derivatives of the formula I R1-(CH2)n-(Y)q(Z)r-CO-NH-R2 (I) in which R1, n, Y, q, Z, r and R2 have the meanings indicated in Claim 1, are potent 5-HT1R/1D antagonists and exhibit 5-HT reuptake-inhibiting actions and are suitable for the treatment and prophylaxis of anxiety states, depressions, schizophrenia, compulsive ideas, tardive dyskinesias, learning disorders, age-dependant memory disorders, for positively affecting obsessive- compulsive behaviour (OCD), and also for the treatment and for the control of the sequelae of ccrebral infarcts such as stroke and cerebral ischaemias.
L'invention concerne des dérivés d'amide et d'urée de la formule (I): R<1>-(CH2)n-(Y)q-(Z)r-CO-NH-R<2> dans laquelle R<1>,n,Y,q,Z,r et R<2> ont les significations mentionnées dans la revendication 1. Ces dérivés sont des antagonistes de 5-HT1B/1D puissants et présentent des effets inhibiteurs de la réabsorption de 5-HT et s'utilisent pour traiter et assurer la prophylaxie d'états d'anxiété, de dépressions, de la schizophrénie, d'obsessions, de dyskinésies tardives, de troubles de l'apprentissage, de troubles de la mémoire dus au vieillissement, pour influer positivement sur les troubles de type obsessionnels-compulsifs (OCD), de même que pour traiter et lutter contre les suites d'infarctus cérébral, tels que l'attaque cérébrale et l'ischémie cérébrale.
