Amide compounds of formula (I) wherein R1 is an N-containing heterocyclic group selected from imidazolyl, triazolyl, pyridyl, pyridazinyl, pyrimidinyl and pyrazinyl, each of which may be substituted with one or more lower alkyl groups, R2 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, and R3 is a phenyl group substituted with thienyl or halophenyl; a thienyl group substituted with thienyl, phenyl or halophenyl; a pyrrolyl group substituted with phenyl; a thiazolyl group substituted with phenyl; an indolyl group substituted with lower alkyl and/or halo(lower)alkyl; a fluorenyl group; or a carbazolyl group, and salts thereof which have 5-HT antagonism activity.
L'invention se rapporte à des composés amides représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R?1¿ est un groupe hétérocyclique contenant de l'azote, sélectionné parmi imidazolyle, triazolyle, pyridyle, pyridazinyle, pyrimidinyle et pyrazinyle, chacun de ces groupes pouvant comporter une ou plusieurs substitutions par des groupes alkyle inférieur, R?2¿ est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle inférieur et R?3¿ est un groupe phényle à substitution thiényle ou halophényle; un groupe thiényle à substitution thiényle, phényle ou halophényle; un groupe pyrrolyle à substitution phényle; un groupe thiazolyle à substitution phényle; un groupe indolyle à substitution alkyle inférieur et/ou halo-alkyle(inférieur); un groupe fluorényle ou un groupe carbazolyle. L'invention se rapporte également à des sels de ces composés qui possèdent une activité d'antagonisme de la 5-HT.
