This invention relates to novel amide derivatives and salts thereof. More particularly, it relates to novel amide derivatives and salts thereof which act as a ROCK inhibitor, to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same and to a method of using the same therapeutically in the treatment and/or prevention of ROCK-related disease. In the formula wherein A is lower alkyl, optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl or optionally substituted heterocyclic group; L1 is -H or -NH2; L2 is CR14 or N; L3 is CH or N; L4 is CR2 or N.
