The invention relates to novel amides of acetic and propionic acids, methods for production and use thereof for the production of medicaments for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases and for improving perception, concentration, learning ability and memory. In a specific embodiment the invention relates to a compound of the formula (I) (see formula I) in which R1 is a 1-azabicyclo[m.n.p]alkyl radical having 7 to 11 ring atoms, in which m and n are independently of one another 2 or 3, in which p is 1, 2 or 3, and where the bicycloalkyl radical is optionally substituted by (C1-C6)-alkyl, A is methylene or ethylene, R2 is 8- to 10-membered heteroaryl, etc and R3 is hydrogen or (C1-C6)-alkyl, or a salt, a solvate or a solvate of the salt thereof.
