PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I): Image (I) dans laquelle A est N ou CH, B est N ou CH, V et W sont H, halogène, alkyle (1-3C), alcoxy (1-3C), NO2 ou CF3, Z est fixé en position ortho ou para par rapport à B et est phényle éventuellement substitué, thiényle ou pyridyle, la chaîne X-(CH2)n-(CHR)m-CO-NR1R2 est fixée en position ortho ou para par rapport à B, R est H ou alkyle (1-3C), R1 et R2 sont alkyle (1-6C), cycloalkyle (3-6C), phényle, phénylalkyle, cycloalkylalkyle, alcényle (3-6C) R1 et R2 peuvent aussi former avec l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont rattachés un cycle pyrrolidine, pipéridine, morpholine ou triomorpholine, X est CH-R3, N-R4, SO, SO2, O ou S, R3 est H, alkyle (1-3C), R4 est alkyle (1-3C), m = 0 ou 1 et n = 0,1, 2 étant entendu que si X est SO, SO2 ou N-R4, la somme m + n est au moins égale à 1, que lorsque A et B sont N et Z est en position para par rapport à B, X ne peut pas représenter le groupe CH-R3 et que lorsque A est CH, B est N, Z est en ortho par rapport à B, X est un atome d'oxygène et R est un atome d'hydrogène, la somme m + n est différente de 1 et à l'exception de N,N-diméthylcarbamate de phényl-2 quinolyle-4. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la préparation de ces composés. Ces composés sont utiles comme médicaments. L'invention concerne également des compositions médicamenteuses renfermant un ou plusieurs desdits composes à titre de principe actif.
