AMINATED FORMALDEHYDE COUPLED POLYOLS (D#80,725-F) ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Polyalkylene glycols with secondary hydroxyl termination may be coupled with oxymethylene groups by reaction of polyalkylene glycols with formaldehyde yielding reagent using an acid for catalysis. The resulting copolymers are then aminated to form polyoxyalkyleneamines.
