The invention provides polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams and methods for the preparation thereof. More particularly, the invention relates to open-celled, polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams and methods for their preparation. The foams are characterized by a fine uniform cell structure and little or no foam collapse. The foams are produced with a polyol premix composition which comprises a combination of a hydrohaloolefin blowing agent, a polyol, a silicone surfactant, and a sterically hindered amine catalyst.

L'invention concerne des mousses de polyuréthane et de polyisocyanurate et leurs procédés de préparation. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement des mousses de polyuréthane et de polyisocyanurate à cellules ouvertes et leurs procédés de préparation. Les mousses sont caractérisées par une structure cellulaire fine et uniforme et un effondrement faible ou nul de la mousse. Les mousses sont fabriquées avec une composition de prémélange à base de polyol, qui comprend un mélange d'un agent gonflant à base d'oléfine hydro-halogénée, un polyol, un tensioactif de silicone et un catalyseur à base d'amine à encombrement stérique.
