The invention provides an amine salt of a carbostyril derivative formed from a carbostyril derivative represented by the formula (1) [wherein R is a halogen atom; the substituted position of the side chain is 3- or 4-position in the carbostyril skeleton; and the bonding between 3- and 4-positions of the carbostyril skeleton is a single bond or a double bond] and an amine; and the invention is useful as drugs for treating various diseases, especially as aqueous formulations due to the superior water solubility and the superior pharmacologic effects.

L'invention se rapporte à un sel aminé d'un dérivé de carbostyrile formé à partir d'un dérivé de carbostyrile représenté par la formule (1) [où R est un atome halogène; la position substituée de la chaîne latérale est en position 3 ou 4 dans le squelette carbostyrile; et la liaison entre les positions 3 et 4 du squelette carbostyrile est une liaison simple ou une liaison double] et d'une amine. Le composé de l'invention s'avère utile en tant que médicament pour le traitement de diverses maladies notamment en tant que formulation aqueuse du fait de sa solubilité supérieure dans l'eau et de ses effets pharmacologiques supérieurs.
