Compounds of formula (I) or formula (II) have dopaminergic activity: wherein: R1 is a carboxyl, carboxyl ester, or carboxamide group; R2 is a group - C(=O)-NR3R4, or -S(=O)2-NR3R4; R3 and R4 are independently selected from hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl, (C1-C5 fluoroalkyl)-CH2-, -Q, and -CH2Q, wherein Q is an optionally substituted monocyclic carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring of (3) to (6) ring atoms; or R3 and R4 together with the nitrogen to which they are attached form an optionally substituted monocyclic cycloalkyl or non-aromatic heterocyclic ring of (3) to (8) ring atoms; R5 is hydrogen, or a natural or non-natural alpha amino acid residue linked via a peptide bond; R6 is hydrogen or a group R7C(=O)-; and R7 is C1- C6 alkyl, C1-C6 fluoroalkyl or cyclopropyl.

L'invention porte sur les composés représentés par la formule (I) ou la formule (II) qui ont une activité dopaminergique. Dans la formule, R1 est un groupe carboxyle, carboxyle ester ou carboxamide ; R2 est un groupe -C(=O)-NR3R4 ou -S(=O)2-NR3R4 ; R3 et R4 sont indépendamment choisis parmi hydrogène, alkyle en C1-C6 facultativement substitué, (fluoroalkyle en C1-C5)-CH2-, -Q, et -CH2Q, où Q est un noyau carbocyclique ou hétérocyclique monocyclique facultativement substitué à 3 à 6 atomes de cycle ; ou R3 et R4 forment conjointement avec l'azote auquel ils sont attachés un noyau cycloalkyle ou hétérocyclique non aromatique monocyclique facultativement substitué à 3 à 8 atomes de cycle ; R5 représente hydrogène ou un reste d'acide alpha amino naturel ou non naturel, lié par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison peptidique ; R6représente hydrogène ou un groupe R7C(=O)- ; et R7représente alkyle en C1-C6, fluoroalkyle en C1-C6 ou cyclopropyle.
