The present invention relates to an amino acid sequence being able to facilitate penetration of a substance of interest inside cells and/or cell nuclei and having the following formula (I) [(X1)p [(X)0 (B)nX B X X B]m (X2) q Wherein X1 and X2 are amino acid sequences of 1 to 20 amino acids; p and q are whole numbers between 0 and 5; B is a basic amino acid; X is a non-basic, preferably hydrophobic amino acid, such as alanine, isoleucine, leucine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, valine or tyrosine; n is 2 or 3; m is 1 to 4 ; o is 0 or 1. between 0 and 5; B is a basic amino acid; X is a non- basic, preferably hydrophobic amino acid, such as alanine, isoleucine, leucine, methionine phenylalanine, tryptophan, valine or tyrosine; n is 2 or 3; m is 1 to 4; o is 0 or 1.
La présente invention se rapporte à une séquence d'acides aminés apte à faciliter la pénétration d'une substance d'intérêt dans les cellules et/ou les noyaux cellulaires, et répondant à la formule (I), dans laquelle X¿1? et X¿2? représentent des séquences d'acides aminés comprenant de 1 à 20 acides aminés ; p et q représentent des nombres entiers compris entre 0 et 5 ; B représente un acide aminé basique ; X représente un acide aminé non basique et de préférence hydrophobe, par exemple alanine, isoleucine, leucine, méthionine, phénylalanine, tryptophane, valine ou tyrosine ; n vaut 2 ou 3 ; m vaut entre 1 et 4 ; et o vaut 0 ou 1.
