A medicinal composition effective in reducing the number of peripheral-blood lymphocytes. It is less toxic and is excellent in physical properties and internal behavior. The medicinal composition contains a compound having the general formula (I): [Chemical formula 1] (I) (wherein R1 represents methyl or ethyl; R2 represents methyl or ethyl; and R3 represents phenyl substituted by one to three substituents selected from the group consisting of halogeno, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, lower alkoxy, halogenated lower alkyl, lower aliphatic acyl, and cyano), or a pharmacologically acceptable salt or ester of the compound.
