The present invention provides compounds represented by general formula (I): (see formula I) or pharmaceutical acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1 and R2 are each hydrogen or lower alkyl; R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; R7 and R8 are each hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, halo-lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, cyano, a hydroxyl group, lower acyl, carboxy or the like; R9 is -C(O)-R10, -A1-C(O)-R10, -O-A2-C(O)-R10 or a tetrazol-5-yl group, which exhibit potent and selective .beta.3-adrenoceptor stimulating activities. The present invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions containing said compound, and uses thereof.
L'invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule générale (I) qui présentent une puissante activité stimulante sur le récepteur de la .beta.¿3?-adrénaline et une haute sélectivité vis-à-vis de celui-ci, ou des sels pharmacologiquement acceptables de ces composés. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits composés, ainsi qu'une utilisation associée. Dans la formule (I), R?1¿ et R?2¿ représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle inférieur, R?3¿, R?4¿, R?5¿ et R?6¿ représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe halogéno, alkyle inférieur ou alcoxy inférieur, R?7¿ et R?8¿ représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe halogéno, alkyle inférieur, halo alkyle inférieur, alcoxy inférieur, cycloalkyle, aryle, hétéroaryle, cyano, hydroxyle, acyle inférieur, carboxyle ou similaire et R?9¿ représente -C(O)-R?10¿, -A?1¿-C(O)-R?10¿, -O-A?2¿-C(O)-R?10¿ ou un groupe tétrazole-5-yle.
