The invention relates to organophosphorous compounds of general formula (I) wherein A corresponds to general formula (II), wherein one or more of the carbon atoms, selected from the group C3, C4, C5 and their respective substituents can be omitted, and at least one substituent of B1 to B10 is a C3- 8 cycloalkyl (C0-9) alkyl group, wherein both the C3-8 cycloalkyl group and the C0-9 alkyl group can have one or more double bonds and one or two carbon atoms of the cycloalkyl group can be substituted by nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur atoms, and wherein both the cycloalkyl group and the alkyl group can be substituted by hydrogen, halogen amine, oxo groups with branched or unbranched C1-9 alkyl groups and C2-9 alkenyl groups, wherein the C1-9 alkyl groups and C2-9 alkenyl groups can be substituted by hydrogen, hydroxy, amine, halogen, and oxo groups. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical preparations containing said compounds and to the use thereof for the therapy and prophylaxis of infectious processes in humans and animals, which processes are induced by bacteria, fungi or parasites. The inventive compounds are also used as fungicidal, bactericidal or herbicidal agents in plants.
L'invention concerne des composés phosphororganiques de la formule générale (I), A correspondant à la formule générale (II). Un ou plusieurs atomes de carbone sélectionné(s) dans le groupe C¿3?, C¿4?, C¿5?, peuvent également être supprimés, avec leurs substituants, et au moins un substituant présent de B¿1? à B¿10? est un groupe cycloalkyle C¿3-8?-(C¿0-9?)alkyle, aussi bien le groupe cycloalkyle C¿3-8? que le groupe alkyle C¿0-9? pouvant présenter une ou plusieurs liaisons doubles et un ou deux atomes de carbone du groupe cycloalkyle pouvant être remplacé(s) par des atomes d'azote, d'oxygène ou de soufre. Le groupe cycloalkyle, comme le groupe alkyle peut être substitué par des groupes hydrogène, halogène, amino, oxo comportant des groupes alkyle C¿1-9? et alkényle C¿2-9? ramifiés ou non ramifiés, les groupes alkyle C¿1-9? et alkényle C¿2-9? pouvant être substitués par des groupes hydrogène, hydroxy, amino, halogène et oxo. L'invention concerne également des préparations pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits composés, ainsi que leur utilisation à des fins thérapeutiques et prophylactiques pour traiter des infections chez l'homme et l'animal, induites par des virus, des moisissures et des parasites, de même que comme fongicide, bactéricide et herbicide chez les végétaux.
