ABREGE DESCRIPTIF La présente invention concerne, notamment, les composés chimiques de formule I: R1-CO-NR3-/A/-S-R2 dans laquelle R1 est un radical correspondant à un aminoacide R1-COOH, /A/ est un radical alkylène en C2 ou C3 qui peut être substitué par une radical alcoyle en C1 à C3, un radical hydroxy, hydroxycarbonyl ou un radical -COR où R est un radical amino ou -NH-CH2-CO2-H, R2 est un radical protecteur de la fonction thiol qui libère la fonction thiol in vivo, R3 est l'hydrogène ou relié au groupement R2 forme un cycle protec- teur de R2 fonction thiol; ainsi que les sels de ces composés avec des acides pharmaceu- tiquement acceptables. L'invention concerne également l'application de ces composés comme agents radioprotecteurs et un procédé pour leur préparation.
