The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 independently represent one or more, same or different substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, hydroxy, mercapto, trifluoromethyl, amino (C1-C3)alkyl, (C2-C3)olefinic group, (C1-C3)alkoxy, (C1-C3)alkylthio, (C1-C6)alkylamino, (C1-C3)alkoxycarbonyl, cyano, carbamoyl, phenyl, or nitro; R2 further being represented by hydrogen; R3 represents hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, mercapto, trifluoromethyl, amino, (C1-C3)alkyl, (C2-C3)olefinic group, (C1-C3)alkoxy, (C1-C3)alkylthio, (C1-C6)alkylamino, (C1- C3)alkoxycarbonyl, phenyl, cyano, carboxy or carbamoyl; R4 represents hydrogen, (C1-C3)alkyl, or allyl; X represents oxygen or sulphur; with the proviso that formula (I) does not comprise the compound 2,2,2-trifluoro- <i>N</i>-[2-[3-chloro-4-(2-methylbenzoyl)-phenylamino]-phenyl]acetamide wherein R1 is a 2-methyl, R2 is 2-chloro, R3 and R4 is hydrogen, and X is oxygen; and a salt thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid, a hydrate or a solvate thereof. The compounds are valuable in the human and veterinary therapy.
La présente invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R¿1? et R¿2? représentent, de manière indépendante, un ou plusieurs substituants identiques ou différents choisis parmi le groupe comprenant un groupe halogène, hydroxy, mercapto, trifluorométhyle, amino, alkyle en C¿1?-C¿3?, un groupe oléfinique en C¿2?-C¿3?, alkoxy en C¿1?-C¿3?, alkylthio en C¿1?-C¿3?, alkylamino en C¿1?-C¿6?, alkoxycarbonyle en C¿1?-C¿3?, cyano, carbamoyle, phényle, ou nitro; R¿2? étant en outre représenté par un atome d'hydrogène; R¿3? représente un atome d'hydrogène, d'halogène, ou un groupe hydroxy, mercapto, trifluorométhyle, amino, alkyle en C¿1?-C¿3?, un groupe oléfinique en C¿2?-C¿3?, alkoxy en C¿1?-C¿3?, alkylthio en C¿1?-C¿3?, alkylamino en C¿1?-C¿6?, alkoxycarbonyle en C¿1?-C¿3?, phényle, cyano, carboxy ou carbamoyle; R¿4? représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C¿1?-C¿3?, ou allyle; X représente un atome d'oxygène ou de soufre; avec la condition que la formule (I) ne comprenne pas le composé 2,2,2-trifluoro-<i>N</i>-[2-[3-chloro-4-(2-méthylbenzoyl)-phénylamino]-phényl]acétamide dans lequel R¿1? représente un 2-méthyle, R¿2? représente un 2-chloro, R¿3? et R¿4? représentent un atome d'hydrogène et X représente un atome d'oxygène. L'invention concerne aussi un sel de tous ces composés obtenu à l'aide d'un acide acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique, ainsi que des hydrates ou des solvates. Les composés de l'invention présentent un intérêt en thérapie humaine et vétérinaire.
