A B S T R A C T AMINOCYCLOPENTYL ETHERS AND THEIR PREPARATION AND PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION Compounds are described of the formula Image (1) where: R1 is -H or -CH3, n is 1, m is 2-4 and X is CH=CH- or -CH2CH2-; or n is 3, m is 0 and X is trans -CH=CH-, Y is a saturated heterocyclic amino group, R2 is (1) substituted or unsubstituted phenylalkyl, thienylalkyl or naphthylalkyl or (ii) cinnamyl, and their salts and solvates. These compounds inhibit blood platelet aggregation, bronchoconstriction and vasoconstriction and may be formulated for use as antithrombotic or antiasthmatic agents.
