ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE NEW AMINOGLYCOSIDE DERIVATIVES Aminoglycoside derivatives of the formula : Image wherein at least one of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is higher alkanoylamino, higher alkenoylamino, higher alkoxycarbonylamino, higher alkylaminocarbonylamino, higher alkoxy(lower)alkanoylamino or higher alkyl- thiocarbonylamino, each of which may have suitable substituent(s), and the others are amino or acylamino, R5 is hydroxy, amino or acylamino, R6 and R7 are each hydroxy or hydrogen, and R10 is hydroxy or phosphonoxy, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof have antiviral and immuno-stimulating activity.
