-206- ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE AMORPHOUS OLEFIN POLYMERS, COPOLYMERS, METHODS OF PREPARATION AND DERIVATIVES THEREOF (PT-915) The present invention includes related methods and uses, including composition comprising the polymer derived from a monomer having the formula: H2C=CHR; (1) and optionally at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of monomers having the formula: R1HC=CHR2; and (2) H2C=CR2R3 (3) wherein R is a hydrocarbon or substituted hydrocarbon having from 2 to 22 carbon atoms, and R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different hydrocarbons or substituted hydrocarbons having 1 to 22 carbon atoms. R is preferably an ethyl group (-CH2CH3) and R1, R2 and R3 are preferably methyl groups (-CH3).
