The invention relates to spray-dried amorphous powders, which contain a pharmaceutical active ingredient and a matrix-forming agent, preferably a polymer, a sugar or a sugar alcohol of = 20-60 % (w/w). The inventive powders have a moisture content that is less than 1.2 % (w/w), preferably less than 1 % (w/w). The invention also relates to specific methods for producing said powders and to methods for administering the powders by inhalation.

L'invention se rapporte à des poudres amorphes séchées par atomisation contenant un principe actif pharmaceutique ainsi qu'un générateur de matrice, de préférence un polymère, un sucre ou un alcool de sucre, dans une quantité = 20-60 % (w/w). Les poudres selon l'invention présentent une teneur en humidité inférieure à 1,2 % (w/w), de préférence inférieure à 1 % (w/w). La présente invention concerne en outre des procédés spécifiques permettant de produire lesdites poudres, ainsi que des procédés d'administration de ces poudres par inhalation.
