The ampoule comprises a tubular body (2) that is made from a synthetic material with two chambers that are insulated in a tight manner (7) by a pierceable membrane or by a removable or breakable wall, whereby one chamber (3) contains the liquid and the other chamber (4) contains a hypodermic needle (16) with a pointed section that is oriented towards the pierceable membrane or the removable or breakable wall and the other end is provided with means for connection (17) to the body of a syringe.
