The invention relates to an absorption article such as an incontinence device of the pant type, or a pant diaper, comprising a liquid-permeable topsheet (10), a liquid-impermeable backsheet (11) and an absorption body (12) positioned therebetween, the absorption body (12) having an elongate shape with two longitudinal side edges (13, 14) and two transverse side edges (15, 16), the article having two longitudinal side edges (1, 2), a longitudinal centre line (5), a transverse centre line (6), a front end portion which is intended during normal use to lie against or in proximity to the abdomen of the wearer, a rear end portion (18) which is intended during normal use to lie against or in proximity to the bottom of the back of the wearer, and a crotch portion (19) lying therebetween, the rear end portion (18) and the adjacent part of the crotch portion (19) having a transverse elastic system (25), a rear leg elastic system (31) which runs between the two longitudinal side edges (1, 2) of the article along the leg cutout of the article in the rear part of the crotch portion (19) and crosses the crotch portion (19) essentially parallel to the transverse centre line (6) of the article. The article has, on each side of the absorption body (12), a pocket (35, 36) for temporary storage of liquid, the extent of the pocket (35, 36) being limited by the longitudinal side edge (13, 14) of the absorption body (12), the transverse elastic system (25) and the rear leg elastic system (31).

L'invention concerne un article absorbant tel qu'un article d'incontinence du type culotte, ou couche-culotte, qui comprend un voile supérieur perméable aux liquides (1) et un voile inférieur perméable aux liquides (11) entre lesquels est disposé un corps absorbant (12) de forme allongée qui présente deux bords longitudinaux (13, 14) et deux bords transversaux (15, 16). Cet article comprend également deux bords longitudinaux (1,2), un axe central longitudinal (5), un axe central transversal (6), une partie d'extrémité avant (17) qui, lors d'une utilisation normale, s'applique sur ou à proximité de l'abdomen de l'utilisateur et une partie d'extrémité arrière (18) qui, lors d'une utilisation normale, s'applique sur ou à proximité du bas du dos de l'utilisateur, ces deux parties étant reliées par une partie fourche (19). La partie d'extrémité arrière (18) et la partie adjacente à la partie fourche (19) comportent un système élastique transversal (25) et un système élastique d'entrejambes arrière (31) qui est fixé entre les deux bords longitudinaux (1, 2) de l'article, le long de la découpe d'entrejambes de l'article, dans la partie arrière de la partie fourche (19) et qui croise cette dernière essentiellement de façon parallèle à l'axe central transversal (6) de l'article. De plus, cet article comporte, sur chaque côté du corps absorbant (12), une poche (35, 36) de stockage temporaire de liquide dont la longueur est délimitée par le bord longitudinal (13, 14) du corps absorbant (12), le système élastique transversal (25) et le système élastique d'entrejambes arrière (31).
