A detachable chair lift pick-up station comprising two areas (22, 29) for alternately picking up skiers (21). To enable skiers to reach the pick-up areas more easily, the spacing between the chairs is increased by arranging them in pairs in the access areas. The station may comprise two lanes (16, 17) each having one pick-up area, and the chairs (11) disengaged from the cable are steered alternately along each lane. Both pick-up areas may be located one after the other on the same lane, in which case the positions of the paired chairs are changed between the two pick-up areas so that the chair that is at the back in the first area is moved to the front in the second area.

Une station d'embarquement d'un télésiège débrayable, comporte deux emplacements (22, 29) pour un embarquement alternatif des skieurs (21). Pour faciliter l'accès des skieurs aux emplacements d'embarquement, on augmente l'écartement des sièges en les regroupant par paires dans les zones d'accès. La station peut comporter deux voies (16, 17) ayant chacune un emplacement d'embarquement et sur lesquelles les sièges (11) désaccouplés du câble sont orientés alternativement. Les deux emplacements d'embarquement peuvent être sur une même voie, l'un après l'autre, le regroupement des sièges par paires étant alors modifié sur le parcours entre les deux emplacements d'embarquement, de façon que le siège en arrière de la paire au premier emplacement vienne en avant au deuxième emplacement.
