An anal region rinsing system comprises an egress pipe (26) having a rinsing tube (30) connected perpendicularly therewith, a lever (29) on a first end of the egress pipe, a control valve (16) on a second end of the pipe, and a water heater (13) supplying water to pipe (26) via the control valve. The egress pipe is rotatingly and sli- dingly retained under the rear portion of a lavatory seat by two axle holders (20, 21) secured thereon and biased by a spring (28). Water from an external supply enters the water heater via a T-shaped pipe (11) connected also to a water tank. In operation, the rinsing tube is slid out of a guard (32) between the axle holders and rotated up- wards so that water ejecting from a nozzle (31) on the end of the rinsing tube under the control of valve (16) is directed onto the anal region of a user.
