A method and composition for inhibiting foam formation in automatic dishwashers are described. The composition comprises an anti-foam system having 0.01 to 1 % of certain hydrophobic particulate solids combined with 0.01 to 4 % of high viscosity hydrocarbon polymers; 1 to 30 wt.% of a bleaching agent; 1 to 40 wt.% of a surfactant; 0.1 to 10 wt.% of an enzyme; and 1 to 75 wt.% of a builder, the composition having a pH of less than about 11.
On décrit un procédé ainsi qu'une composition destinés à inhiber la formation de mousse dans des lave-vaisselle automatiques. Cette composition comporte un système anti-mousse comprenant 0,01 à 1 % de certains solides particulaires hydrophobes combinés à 0,01 à 4 % de polymères d'hydrocarbures à viscosité élevée; 1 à 30 % en poids d'un agent de blanchiment; 1 à 40 % en poids d'un tensioactif; 0,1 à 10 % en poids d'une enyzme et 1 à 75 % en poids d'un adjuvant, le pH de la composition étant inférieur à environ 11.
