The present invention relates to an antibody which recognizes an epitope consisting of Ser-Ile-A1-A2-A3-A4-Ser(PO3H2)-Pro-Gln-Leu-Ala-Thr-Leu-Ala-A5, and does not bind to an epitope consisting of Ser-Ile-A1-A2-A3-A4-Ser-Pro-Gln-Leu-Ala-Thr- Leu- Ala-A5, wherein A1 is Asp or Asn, A2 is Met or Leu, A3 is Val or Leu, A4 is Asp or Glu and A5 is Asp or Glu, a hybridoma producing the antibody, a kit comprising the antibody, and a method for diagnosis of a neurological disorder.
