A method for filling containers utilizing at least two filling members. The containers to be filled are placed in a receptacle and at least two filling members are placed over the containers with the apertures of the filling members corresponding to the openings of the containers to be filled. Particulate matter is then disposed on top of the filling members and passed through the apertures in the filling members filling the containers below. A scraper is used to push and/or pull the particulate matter off of one filling member onto the other filling member. The now clean filling member is removed and the containers which are now filled with particulate matter are removed as well. The particulate matter is then moved from the second filling member onto the first in order to fill the new containers under it. The second filling member now being cleared of particulate matter is removed and the containers under it which are now filled are then removed. Therefor, groups of containers may be filled with particulate matter without the necessity of removing the remaining particulate matter on the filling member.
Cette invention concerne une méthode de remplissage de contenants à l'aide d'au moins deux organes de remplissage. Les contenants à remplir sont placés dans un bac et au moins deux organes de remplissage sont amenés au-dessus des contenants de manière que leur ouverture soit vis à vis de l'ouverture des contenants à remplir. La matière particulaire à conditionner est alors placée sur le dessus des organes de remplissage pour son acheminement vers les contenants en passant à l'intérieur des organes de remplissage. Un racleur sert à déplacer la matière à conditionner du dessus d'un des organes de remplissage à l'autre organe de remplissage. Le premier organe nettoyé par le racleur est alors enlevé ainsi que les contenants remplis correspondants. La matière à conditionner est alors déplacée du second organe de remplissage vers le premier pour le remplissage de nouveaux contenants vides mis en place en dessous. Le second organe de remplissage nettoyé par le racleur est alors enlevé ainsi que les contenants remplis correspondants. Par conséquent, on peut remplir un nouveau groupe de contenants sans avoir à enlever la matière qui reste sur l'organe de remplissage.
